Be 100% sure of plant identification. Some foods need to be prepared before eating. Please read up first! 
Be aware that people can have allergic reactions to some plants.  
It is YOUR choice to try these foods.  
Harvest away from roads and other sources of pollution. Be aware of land use and ownership. 
To prevent liver fluke, boil Watercress if cattle/sheep are upstream.  
Be aware that taking roots will usually kill a plant. Be thankful for your harvest!
